These User Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as “These Terms”) are a legal and effective service agreement between global end users and the operating entity of the Rezplayer video player (hereinafter referred to as “Operator”), applicable to users worldwide. By downloading, installing, running and using all features of this App, you represent that you have fully read, fully understood and voluntarily accepted the full content of these Terms of Service, and voluntarily comply with local laws and regulations and international internet usage standards. 1. Acceptance of the Agreement and Service Scope

1.1 Validity Confirmation of the Agreement

1.1.1 The user confirms that any use of the material by the user, such as downloading, installing, starting, viewing, playing, or managing the material, is considered as voluntarily signing and agreeing to these terms, which will take effect immediately and have full legal binding power on both parties.

1.1.2 If the User does not agree to any of the contents of these Terms, the User must immediately stop all installation and use activities, and will not have the right to obtain and use any services and features of this App.

1.2 Service Applicability Limits

1.2.1 These Terms apply to the official version of Rezplayer on all devices worldwide, covering all core services such as video preview, playback, folder management, material classification, catalog editing, and more.

1.2.2 This Condition restricts only the Application’s own Service behavior, and the Service Rules, Privacy Terms, and Division of Responsibility for Third Party Software, External Links, and External Video Resources are not subject to this Condition.

2. User Qualifications and Usage Compliance Obligations

2.1 Usage Qualification Requirements

2.1.1 The User must be a natural person with full capacity for civil behavior. Minors may use this App only under the full supervision, consent, and full responsibility of their legal guardian.

2.1.2 Users pledge to strictly comply with the laws and regulations of their country and region, as well as the International Network Usage Guidelines, and to use all the features of this App in a legal, compliant, and benevolent manner.

2.2 User Usage Obligations

2.2.1 This application is provided to users for personal, non-commercial purposes by default. Users are not allowed to use application functions, playback capabilities, and material management capabilities for commercial profitability, paid distribution, batch operations, and other commercial scenarios.

2.2.2 Users are responsible for safeguarding the right to use their Device. All risks and losses arising from borrowing, loss, theft, or the unlawful operation of their Device are entirely at their own risk.

3. Service Content and Device Authorization

3.1 Official Service Content

3.1.1 Operational users are provided with a one-stop local video management and playback service, including video aggregation display, cover preview, HD streaming, custom folder creation, directory renaming, directory deletion, material classification and organization, and other basic features.

3.1.2 Operators reserve the right to continuously iterate to continuously improve application stability and user experience based on technology upgrades, device adaptation, compliance requirements to optimize features, fix vulnerabilities, and update versions.

3.2 Device Authorization Explanation

3.2.1 To ensure the proper operation of the application, the user voluntarily authorizes this application to read local storage permissions from the device, exclusively for the identification, loading, display, and management of local video footage, serving the core playback and management functions.

3.2.2 All authorization calls in this application follow the minimum necessary principles, and will not read, collect, or upload user privacy data, unrelated files, and personal sensitive information beyond the scope.

4. User prohibited behaviors and non-compliance

4.1 Forbidden Behaviors in Content Use

4.1.1 Users are prohibited from using this App to play, store, browse, or distribute video content containing violence, pornography, terrorism, illegality, infringement of rights, and violation of public conduct.

4.1.2 Users are prohibited from using this App to engage in unlawful acts such as cyber harassment, malicious redirection, illegal transmission, unlawful copying and distribution of third-party copyright videos.

4.2 Prohibited Behaviors in Technical Operations

4.2.1 Users are prohibited from performing operations against this Application that violate the intellectual property rights of the Application, such as reverse compilation, reverse decryption, source code tampering, imitation copying, secondary development, and insertion of malicious programs.

4.2.2 Users are prohibited from maliciously attacking the application execution environment, interfering with service stability, batch scrubbing access, falsifying data, and maliciously denigrating applications and operators.

5. Intellectual Property Properties and Content Agreements

5.1 App Intellectual Property Attribution

5.1.1 All Intellectual Property Rights such as the source code, interface interface, functional logic, icon identification, text design, and technical architecture of Rezplayer are exclusively owned by the operator and are protected by international Intellectual Property Law.

5.1.2 These Terms grant users only the personal, limited, non-transferable, non-commercial use of the Applications, and do not grant any intellectual property rights to transfer, license, or secondary development.

5.2 User Content Rights Rules

5.2.1 All private content such as video footage, custom folder names, and personal classification settings stored locally by the User is the Intellectual Property and Ownership of the User.

5.2.2 Users ensure the legality and compliance of personal local content, and if disputes and indemnities arise due to infringement of rights, unlawful dissemination of user content, users assume full legal responsibility independently.

6. Mechanisms for Service Changes, Pause, and Termination

6.1 Service Change Rules

6.1.1 Operators have the right to add, optimize, streamline, and adjust application functionality at any time based on product iterations, technology updates, and compliance policy adjustments, without needing to separately notify users individually.

6.1.2 Users continue to use the updated Application Services, i.e., as automatically acknowledging and accepting the revised service content and usage rules.

6.2 Service Suspension and Termination

6.2.1 Operators may temporarily suspend some or all services due to reasonable factors such as server maintenance, system upgrades, network failures, irresistible forces, etc., without incurring indirect losses and consequent liability to users.

6.2.2 In the event of unlawful use, infringement of rights, malicious attacks, illegal operations, etc., the operator has the right to unilaterally terminate the user’s use rights and block device access.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability Specifications

7.1 Basic Disclaimer Scope

7.1.1 This Application is provided on the basis of general mature technical conditions. Operators do not promise that the Application will be absolutely faultless, without vulnerabilities, running 24/7 without interruption, and do not assume responsibility for transient anomalies caused by normal technical fluctuations.

7.1.2 Users are liable for material loss and loss of use due to device failure, system incompatibility, human mishandling, and self-deletion of data.

7.2 Indirect Disclaimer

7.2.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable global law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect losses, derivative losses, expected profit losses, and non-material damages.

7.2.2 Security risks and compliance issues posed by third-party video resources, external skip content, and third-party tools are all at the discretion of the user and bearable by the operator without warranty liability.

8. Terms Amendment and Dispute Resolution Mechanism

8.1 Conditions Amendment Rules

8.1.1 Operators have the right to amend these Terms of Service at appropriate times in accordance with international compliance regulations and industry standards updates, and the amended version will be released through official announcements, application announcements and take effect immediately.

8.1.2 The user’s continued use of this application, i.e., the automatic acceptance of all the content of the revised terms, is considered as continuing in effect.

8.2 Dispute Resolution

8.2.1 All disputes arising from the use of the Service and the interpretation of the terms will be prioritized for amicable settlement through the official contact address BeatriceMuthonii96@gmail.com.

8.2.2 Disputes that cannot be negotiated to reach a consensus will be resolved according to the International Common Business Code and applicable laws and regulations in the user’s territory, ensuring the legitimate compliance rights and interests of both parties.
